Here's what our View and Navion customers are saying about this suspension up-grade: "We had our suspension kit installed today. I cannot express how thankful we are for your excellent products and how much we appreciate the engineering and testing you have put into it to achieve these fabulous results. We have 3 small children, and safety is our number one concern, and this kit has increased the stability, predictability and "road feel" to the point that we feel much more confident in our '08 Navion when navigating steep passes, mountain/canyon roads and on the highway with a full load. Our holiday trip will be much easier on me thanks to you and your team. The kit is worth every penny and then some." Bryan T. CA
Up-graded Front Spring! Over time, the front single leaf 75mm fiberglass transverse spring on the 02-06 Sprinter will go flat and sag. You will notice the front suspension bottom out under certain road surface conditions. This problem is most common on the Cab Chassis and Class C motorhomes although it will occur on any Sprinter carrying excessive weight for long periods of time. We now offer a 2 leaf 100mm steel spring replacement which is 25mm wider than the factory part. This spring is a direct fit on the 03-06 Sprinter and will add an additional 500 pounds capacity over the factory spring (the 02 Sprinter requires slight modification). This spring should only be installed when the load you are carrying exceeds the factory front spring gross weight rating by 500 pounds or more. The spring kit is $574.95 plus shipping and handling and includes both rubber end caps.
Here's what our customers say about our suspension products: John: "Had the Koni struts and shocks installed. The ride is certainly firmer than experienced with the factory. The biggest and noticeable improvement was probably related to the 1 1/8 inch rear sway bar. Overall I am happy with the handling improvement of my Sprinter." W.H., California John: "I just wanted to let you know that my front Konis and my rear helper springs were installed in 4 hours by my Saab mechanic with no problems. I find that they definitely help my Sprinter to feel more stable in curves on two lane roads. I don't feel like I am going to roll like I did before. I also notice that when passing 18 wheelers or they are passing me at 65 to 80 mph, that I am not being drafted toward them and away from them half as much or better." S.W., New Hampshire 158" 2500SHC owner. Note: On this Sprinter, the owner had previously installed the rear Koni shocks and the rear sway bar. You can see the difference in driving pleasure after adding the front Konis and rear spring assist kit.
